This year i will be spending solstice at home (unfotunately) but i may wander outside onto my balcony to watch the sun rise over drunks falling over and cars zooming past…as that is proably the best view i will get. but during the day, a feast will definately be in order, with decorating my home with a few summer herbs, and relative insense, and celebrating my daughter’s first solstice (well, technically she was at stonehenge last year, just hiding in my tummy!)

with any luck depending on getting a baby sitter, n a lift, we’ll be heading to gelvesdon locks to the reble lion shindig! raaa raaa
its baby’s first xmas, so we are going to my parents to save on the hassle of making dinner etc! boxing day is more of a family day as my brother’s and i all have our own families and various commitments for xmas, so we all gather at mum n dads boxing day. this year there will be 20 of us!
as for my little family we will be celebrating winter solstice on the 21st, with a good seasonal meal and presents for the little one!
tequila brings out my aggressive side, stella just makes me uber pissed! I do notice the difference in my partner tho when he drinks it compared to other beer, he doesnt get violent, just argumentative in an irritating way. every little thing i say he has an argument for, this has lead to some long nights of debating! he could run for PM after drinking stella!
the country is going mad as a whole, all kids these days have to look forward to is high taxes, student loans and boring jobs. There are also alot of young people out there who arent so academic, and there doesnt seem to be much chance for them, unless they can get GCSEs they have little hope getting on a practical course, so they are more likely to think why bother, and spend their days getting wasted, as to be fair there isnt much else to do if you are young and especially if you arent well off. There are only so many times you can go to the cinema/bowling etc before it dulls the shit out of you and you want something more exciting!
If there were more chances for kids at an early age to progress in more practical skills, instead of being made to pass endless pointless exams, maybe more kids would feel they had a purpose. Its easy to get into the drug world and become someone, you dont need qualifications, and people accept you, you can feel important and feel that you have a place. If only it was easier to get that feeling in something worth while.:you_crazymy mate got a visitthis week. they hadnt been able to find her dueto her moving house, but they had a robbery, and teh police had to be called, 3 days later they turned up regarding the rave. Obviously done some digging, and her name came up. Took DNA from her too, apparantly because ofthe police brutality and said they wouldnt keep it on file:you_crazy

Hey all! Im back online after a temporary disconnection. Hope everyone is well! Lily-Mae is doing just fine, shes now 6 weeks old today, and has grown into a littele character indeed. For the past couple of nights she has slept right through for 7 hours, so we are getting plenty of sleep. All those weekend raving have definately prepared us for the sleepness nights and early mornings when they do happen – which aint very often now! raaa
She is now really interacting, and plays on her baby gym thingy whacking the toys that are above her:

i dont think id take my daughter to a party, If i did take her to a party, it would be something like a summer planet yes, and get other mums to come along with their kids, and host a kids area. Id feel a bit more unsure about letting her go as a young teenager, unless i knew she was well educated on drugs etc, and know how to make the right choices. I wouldnt force raving on her, and would wait till she asked me about it. Id rather take her to the summer festivals than to raves tbh, festivals have alot more for kids to do, generally raves are simply there for the loud music and getting off yer face, and im not sure thats an environment id intoroduce my kids into. Im not sure id be able to explain to a 6 yr old why there were people wobbling about with white stuff under their noses…………
